ASK OPEN-ENDED QUESTIONS
Once you have introduced yourself, try to get the prospect involved in a conversation by asking open-ended questions. Often their initial knee-jerk response is to get rid of you as fast as possible, but if you make a connection and get them talking, you’ll increase their interest and involvement in the conversation.
